This Terms of Use and Privacy Policy applies to all products and services operated by ZevWorks, which includes www.zevworks.com as well as mobile applications under the Android Market developer name “ZevWorks”.

Acceptance of Terms

By using ZevWorks’s products in any way you are agreeing to comply with these terms, which we may update at any time without notice.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use one copy of the materials (information or software) in ZevWorks’s products and services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Limitations

Google Adsense

Compliance with children’s online privacy protection act

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our Site / mobile applications from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website or our apps are structured to attract anyone under 13.
